The First Song That I Sing, marching bands, paper dolls

1. Waking up this morning to a new day and a new year to the song "First Song that I Sing" by Sara Groves, quoting from "Sing Your Praise" by Rich Mullins.
   
   
2. They showed both bands during the half-time of the Cotton Bowl (even if my beloved Cornhuskers eventually lost the game).
   
   
3. The kids are happy to be home and are playing paper dolls quietly in their mostly cleaned rooms upstairs.
